Done- with- You coaching services are available for business owners who want to learn how to prepare business plans. We provide online group training and personalized training for business owners for the following classes:

• Start-up business plan writing class. This is a 6 (six) week online training program with Aderonke Awomolo.

This program is targeted at retired people who want to prepare business plans for a new business.

At the end of the program, the participants will be able to:

• Prepare a marketing plan.
• Prepare an operating plan.
• Prepare a financial plan.
• Prepare a business plan.

    The program includes 4 (four) one-on-one coaching calls with Aderonke Awomolo.

Participants will be able to prepare a start-up plan at the end of the program. The maximum number of participants for this program is 15 (fifteen).

• Business Growth preparation Classes. This is an 8 (eight) week online training program. The target audience is business owners who want to expand their businesses.

At the end of the program, participants will be able to:

• Prepare a growth plan.
• Identify strategies to increase sales.
• Prepare business objectives.
• Prepare a marketing plan.
• Prepare a financial growth plan.

The program includes 4 (four) one-on-one calls with Aderonke Awomolo. The maximum number of participants for each class is 15 (fifteen).
