is the Managing Consultant of Sophamis Consult Nigeria Ltd. She has a B. SC Economics (Ed) and a Masters in Public Administration (MPA).  

Aderonke has a diploma in Market Oriented Small Business Development (MOSBD) from the International Training Center of International Labour Organisation (ILO), ITCILO. She also has a diploma in SMEs Management Development from Galilee International Management Institute, Israel. She is an International Labour Organisation (ILO) trainer for Youth Entrepreneurship and Business Management training packages.

Aderonke was team lead for Sophamis Consult on the World Bank/ GEM Business Development Service (BDS) project. She has also worked on the YOUWIN and YES-P projects as a business plan assessor. She is a BDSP to Bank of Industry and assists MSMEs with training, coaching and consulting services on how to start, grow and expand their businesses.
